Key Roles :

SharePoint Engineer: Currently managing both SharePoint 2003 and MOSS implementations for China, EMEA, Mexico and the US. 
Implementation Engineer:  Manage 90% of all software rollouts; hardware purchase, software purchase, installation, configuration and training for K2 2003 & Blackpearl, Nakisa, Equity Edge, Vertex P&A, ADP, Cliqbooks, EasyProjects,
Major Achievments :

The architecting and ultimate deployment of our MOSS farms. Configuration includes custom themes and site definitions, BDC connections, Infopath and workflow. Used kerberos authentication with a least privileged configuration.

Key Roles :

Desktop Support: Technical Support of desktops and laptops. Eventually moved into a team lead position and would manage the team when the help desk manager was out of the office. 
Major Achievments :

Managed the active directory migration of 85 plus remote systems and wrote password script to prompt remote users for password expirations.
Managed the decommissioning and data transfer of six file servers coalescing all data onto one box using CACLS.
Created all AD security groups for company.
Coordinated, managed and personally handled the annual maintenance and updating of all remote laptops during the annual world wide sales meeting.

Key Roles :

Software Support Engineer: Provided both in-person and phone support to customers for our time and attendance software package. Wrote customer service bullitens knowledge base articles. Managed the QA process.
Major Achievments :

Received awards for "excellent customer service" and multiple bonuses for knowledge base articles.

Windows NT and Novell troubleshooting. Used ISQL (ASA) and SQL to troubleshoot db issues.
